Terms of Service

The service
AI Overclock is a browser extension and accompanying website that lets you ask an AI assistant questions about web pages you are viewing, extract data from them, and display live panels built from that data. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
AI Overclock is operated by Saad Zafar, trading as AI Overclock, as a sole proprietor. “We”, “us” and “our” throughout these terms mean Saad Zafar.
Your account
You need an account to use the assistant. Keep control of the email address it is tied to; anyone with access to that inbox can sign in. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13.
Credits
- The assistant is paid for with prepaid credit, drawn down per request based on the tokens used.
- New accounts receive 500 credits. They have no cash value and are not refundable.
- Purchased credit does not expire while your account is open.
- Credit is a prepayment for use of this service. It is not a stored-value instrument, it cannot be transferred to another person, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
- When your balance reaches zero the assistant stops answering until you top up. Your account and history remain.
Refunds
If a request fails through our fault and still consumed credit, tell us and we will return it. Beyond that, unused purchased credit can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have used less than half of it. Statutory consumer rights in your country still apply. See the Refund Policy for how to ask.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AI Overclock to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- access accounts or data you are not authorised to access — the extension acts with your own browser session, and it is your responsibility that you are entitled to the data you point it at;
- take data from a website in a way that breaks that website’s own terms, or at a volume that burdens it;
- build a competing model or service by systematically extracting our outputs;
- circumvent metering, rate limits, or billing.
We can suspend an account that is doing these things.
AI output
Answers are generated by a language model and can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Nothing the assistant produces is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for what you do with its output, and for any action you ask it to take on a website.
Third-party sites
The assistant operates on websites we do not run. We are not responsible for those sites, their content, or their terms, and using this extension does not grant you any rights in their data.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely we will refund unused purchased credit.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
