Refund Policy

AI Overclock is paid for with prepaid credit, bought in one-off top-ups. There is no subscription: nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

Purchased credit

• You can get a refund for a top-up within 14 days of buying it, as long as you have used less than half of the credit it added.
• If a request fails through our fault and still uses credit, tell us and we will put that credit back.
• If we shut the service down, we refund all unused purchased credit.

Free credit

The 500 credits new accounts receive are free. They have no cash value and are not refundable.

How to ask for a refund

Email saadzafar.support@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the order number from your receipt. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Who processes payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are paid back by Paddle to the payment method you used.

Statutory consumer rights in your country still apply.
